Your Printer Guys! warrants our MSE OEM Compatible imaging supplies to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of one year, or until the toner or ink is depleted, whichever occurs first. At our option, Your Printer Guys! will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price of any MSE OEM Compatible item found to be unsatisfactory, for any reason, by our customer. In addition, we further warrant that our MSE OEM Compatible products will not cause deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications and does not include acts of God or nature. If a defect in any MSE OEM Compatible product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, Your Printer Guys! will provide the necessary repair at our expense. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Your Printer Guys! with satisfactory evidence that said damage was due to a defect in a MSE OEM Compatible product. All repairs are to be completed by Your Printer Guys! or an authorized representative of Your Printer Guys! Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official Your Printer Guys’! RMA on the outside of the package. Any sign of tampering with the product by non-authorized personnel will void this warranty. Your Printer Guys’! liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. All brand name supplies carry the specific manufacturer’s warranty.
